Waiting Room Anger Management
AddThis Social Bookmark Button

There have been very robust discussions among WebMD visitors this past week regarding health consumer frustration and anger regarding outpatient clinic experiences. Patients stranded for hours in overcrowded waiting rooms or brave the solitude of chilly exam rooms.

WebMD's Rod Moser started it all with this
candid post to his blog All Ears.

Before you blow a gasket at your next clinic visit you should
read this story about anger research that was published in the Annals of Family Medicine.

Angry people are more prone to become injured, and men (surprise!) are more susceptible than women.

Bottom line: 1) Chill; 2) Live longer!
